Made from a blend of Comice, Conference and Concorde dessert pears and topped off with some Bramley apple juice, this is a bright perry with notes of soft pear and florals balanced with crisp, tangy apple. It’s beautifully fragrant with fresh acidity, lightly sweet and effervescent.
