From fellow East Country cidermakers this expression of their style of cider was bottled during its wild fermentation, this dry cider is naturally sparkling (petillant).
Made solely from estate-grown apples, this blend includes Bramley, Golden, Jonagold and Braeburn apples. It has a Champagne-like vigour to the sparkle and some lovely sharp acidity along with the fruit. Unfiltered, unfined and unsulphured.
