So, are there any health benefits for drink the good stuff? it's a question we'd all like to know.

We all know the adage “An apple a day keeps the doctor away” but is it true of cider too? We also hear about all the benefits that adding Cider vinegar into your life can bring, but what about cider? 

Well, as it turns out there is quite a lot of good stuff that comes with cider as well as the taste. And thanks to our mate James at Craft Nectar, here's a sexy infographic that explains all.

An antioxidant
Full of Probiotics
Contains Vitamin C
Helps relieve stomach aches
Oh, and one thing James didn't mention, Dry real cider has less sugar and is therefore pretty low in Calories compared to beer and such like!
 
Well there you have it, I don’t know about you, but I’m off for a nice cold guilt free pint of Cider!
