Shipping policy
The Cider Tap will not sell or deliver alcohol to persons under 18 years of age.
All products are subject to availability. In the event that an item is out of stock, and cannot be delivered within that timescale, we will contact you to discuss the situation before processing the order.
Orders will be dispatched in double walled cardboard boxes capable of holing a maximum of six glass bottles, with the exception of T-shirts. These boxes hold six compartments, each item in our store ordered will fit in to one compartment each box. Therefore 6 items equals one box and one standard delivery cost. 7 -12 items will be packed in an additional package and will incur and extra cost and so on. Compartments are calculated as 1kg each for the purposes of below.
DELIVERY
We use APC as our courier and we send everything on their fragile service.
UK mainland standard delivery charges:
0 – 6 kg – £9.00
6.1 – 12 kg – £13.99
12.1 – 18kg – £15.99
18.1 – 24 kg – £17.99
24.1 - 30kg - 25.99

The Cider Tap will only deliver to addresses within Mainland UK.
We are a small team, working all across all parts of our farm and orchards business, all orders are dispatched every Thursday all with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 working days.
Please use the comments box during the order process to notify us of any important delivery information, i.e. a safe place a parcel can be left, or a nominated neighbour or work address for the parcel delivery.
Where Bank or Public Holidays occur delivery will be delayed.
Sometimes for reasons beyond our control our chosen courier may not be able to deliver within the specified time frame therefore if you are ordering for a special date or event then please order as far in advance as possible leaving time for any possible delay in delivery.
The Cider Tap cannot be held responsible for, and cannot accept the return and refund of deliveries that do not arrive on time due to the fault of the courier.
The Cider Tap cannot be held responsible for missed delivery from the courier due to the customer providing the wrong address information or the customers inability to receive the order. If the item is returned to Wobblegate Orchards and additional delivery charge may be applied to resend to the customer. Additionally if the item is returned to Wobblegate Orchards as a failed delivery, Wobblegate Orchards will not be able to refund the delivery charge incurred.
The Cider Tap must be notified immediately of any breakages, shortfalls or missing deliveries.

COLLECTION
If you chose to collect your order directly from us "Local Pick-up" Please be aware of our seasonal opening times (Spring / Summer and Autumn / Winter). We are only open for collection within these times.
